What are your payment options?
Our preferred method of payment is via credit card: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union Pay and JCB cards. We also acceptMaestro cards through PayPal, as well as PayPal payments and ACH or wire transfer.
What if I have to cancel the service? Do you refund in any cases?
Yes, there is a full refund system before 8 hours of payment. However we refund according to the quantity of project completed.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes, the payment should be done before the project is started.
How much time does it take for a Project to be delivered?
We have a regular turnaround of between 7-10 working days but work to meet your deadlines.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?
We will deliver the project as you want until you are satisfied with no charge.
Do you have a minimum Tonnage requirements?
No Job is Too Big or small! We Estimate 10-tons Project to 10,000-tons Project.
I have this urgent job to submit. Can you do it really quick?
Yes, send us all the details and we can prioritize this project to meet your deadline. There is an additional 15% loading for extremely urgent project. Contact us with your project details.
How detailed is your takeoff?
We can provide as much detail as you need. Just tell us what you want.
If there is a new an addendum for the job, can you revise your quote? Any additional charges?
Usually addendums are provided during the tender period but occasionally they come after the quote is submitted. We are more than happy to review and revise the quote. Usually these are minimal so there is no charge.
Can you guarantee the takeoffs and quotes are accurate?
Yes. We work with every detail provided on the drawing. We make sure everything is covered. We can assure you our work is 100% accurate.
What if we need to meet to discuss the details of a job?
For those times a phone call doesn’t cut it we use a video conference call, we can meet face to face and look at the same screen so we discuss all the finer details.
The builder keeps changing the scope of works, can you quote the variations?
Yes, we can help all manner of contract administration, quoting and tracking variations . Tell us what your needs are and we can tailor a solution
