Binding wires needed for 1 ton (1000 kg) of steel reinforcement = 9 to 13 kg

Therefore the binding wire required for tying 1000 kg of 8mm bars is about 12 kg and for 28 mm or 32 mm bars is approximately 7 kg. We came to the conclusion that greater the diameter of the bar, lesser the quantiy of binding wire. We can estimate binding wires for tying rebars by using thumb rules.

This equipment have torqued adjustments with the help of which we can apply torque or a twisting force to an object. These are adjusted to have different tying tightness. Each wire spool will tie almost 120 to 200 rebars depending on the size of the rebar.
